• This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the airline or in hotel. The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount.
• If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you. Flight tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.
• If the flight is late in the evening, the guest has to check out from the hotel at 11 AM or at the time specified by the hotel.
• We have made all possible efforts to make hotel related information’s as authentic as possible.
• We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed.
• We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the hotel.

Airline Guidelines for travelling passengers:-

• The revised reporting time for all domestic flights is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
• Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate.
• A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
• Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
• If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
• If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
• As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
• During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover / mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
• During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
• Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
• Guests showing any covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
• All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
• If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. One the tour commences there shall be no refund.

Domestic Terms and conditions during COVID 19:-

• Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
• Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel: 10% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued flight tickets and hotel.
• Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel: 15% of the total package amount + cancellation charges of issued flight tickets and hotel.
• Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel: 20% of the total package amount + cancellation charges of issued flight tickets and hotels.
• Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel: 30% of the total package amount + cancellation charges of issued flight tickets and hotels.
• Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel: 100% package amount will be forfeited.

All the documents will be delivered over the emails and at your WhatsApp number only.

In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.

Online Booking Procedure

• To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
• As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
• You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
• We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
• The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
• Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

• The Tourism Activities are permitted only in South Andaman & North & Middle Andaman District except Nicobar District.
• Persons above 65 years of age, persons with home co-morbidities, pregnant women and children below the age of 10 years advised not to travel for tourism purposes.
• Tourists / Visitors who are at higher risk due to some medical histories are advised to take extra precautions.
• Tourists / visitors shall minimize contact with other staff and visitors as far as possible and zero contact policy should be followed at all tourist destinations.
• All tourists / visitors shall be briefed by the hotel concerned about do's & don'ts to be mandatorily followed during their stay and movements.
• While travelling tourists / visitors should wear a face mask and carry their own sanitizer and wet wipes for personal use.
• At all tourist destinations, staff must wear face mask and wash / sanitize hands regularly mandatorily while performing their duties.
• Aarogya Setu App shall be mandatory for all incoming tourists / visitors.
• Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one's mouth and nose while coughing / sneezing with a tissue handkerchief / flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly after use.
• The tourists / visitors on arrival at Port Blair airport have to undergo mandatorily Covid-19 screening with RTPCR test free of cost. Thereafter the tourists / visitors are allowed to move to their respective hotels. However, they will have to be under quarantine at Port Blair in their hotels rooms until the result of RTPCR tests are received. In case of RTPCR positive test results, the tourists / visitors shall be remain in institutional quarantine in hotels notified by the Hoteliers Association in consent with the A&%N Administration, on rate as specified or to the designated hospital / Covid 19 care center on case to case basis. Other guidelines prescribed by the Ministry of Civil Aviation for airport (available at https://www.mohfw.gov.in and SOP) issued by Airport Manager, VSI also need to followed.
